MINUTES                                                                                                                         
REGULAR MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICE & FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
April 3, 2013               
                                                                              
A REGULAR MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund was held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, in the City Hall Auditorium.

Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Corporation Counsel Raymond Rigat, members of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Pension Fund Angelo LaMonica, Darlene Battle, James Potter, Christopher Cook, Richard Zaharek, Douglas Benedetto, Fire Lt. Michael Soliani and Firefighter Edward Delisle.   

Police Lt. Michael Emanuel and Police Officer Oscar Segui were absent.  
   
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.  

MINUTES
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Battle, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held jointly with the Board of Trustees of the City Employees' Retirement Fund on February 6, 2013.

On a motion by Commissioner Zaharek, seconded by Commissioner Cook, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on February 6, 2013.

PENSION COMPUTATION:  R. Shaw  
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Zaharek, the Board voted unanimously to accept the pension computations effective February 24, 2013, for Roland Shaw, Firefighter for the City of Torrington Fire Department, after completing 27 years of service.
 
BUSINESS BY BOARD MEMBERS
On a motion by Commissioner Zaharek, seconded by Commissioner Benedetto, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees.  No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Commissioner Benedetto, seconded by Commissioner Cook, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:33 p.m.
